Shopping Process

If you cannot find answers to your questions in the terms outlined below or if any uncertainties arise, you are always welcome to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you. We hope these terms will be helpful to you when shopping.

To simplify the shopping process, we have categorized the footwear available in our store by type, size, and manufacturer. You can view these by clicking on the category that interests you — FOR GIRLS, FOR BOYS, or FOR WOMEN. Hats, gloves, and footwear care products can be found under the ACCESSORIES section.

When choosing footwear for yourself or your child, it is very important to determine the correct size. Therefore, in the description of each footwear model you will find information about the insole length for each size. First, determine the foot length of the potential wearer using the following method: while standing with the full (bare) foot on a sheet of paper, trace the foot with a pencil and measure the distance between the furthest points of the drawing (from the toe to the heel). Choose the size whose insole length corresponds to the foot length plus approximately 0.6 cm to 1 cm.


Payments

To pay for the products you have selected in our store, you may use the following options:

  • any payment card issued within the European Union when making a purchase in the online store;
  • you may pay using the following payment cards:
    • Maestro;
    • MasterCard;
    • VISA;
    • VISA Electron.

Delivery of Purchases and Costs

Purchased footwear or accessories can be received in the following ways:

  • at the 2zoles shop at Lāčplēša Street 11 (entrance from Baznīcas Street), Riga, immediately after the purchase, but no later than within 3 working days from the date of purchase;
  • in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia — delivered to an Omniva or SmartPost parcel locker;
  • in Finland — delivered to a SmartPost parcel locker;
  • in other European Union countries — delivered by courier.

Returns

We hope that you will be satisfied with the products purchased from us. However, if you need to return them, you may do so, taking into account the following conditions:

  • You have the right to return a purchased product within 14 days from the date of receipt (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law).
  • You may return an unworn product in its original packaging as soon as possible after receipt, enclosing the Shipment Return Form, which can be found in the accompanying letter included with the shipment.
  • We will cover the return costs only if the return is due to our fault, for example, if we have sent you the wrong pair of shoes or the product is defective.
  • Returned products will be exchanged for equivalent items, or we will refund your money if the desired product is no longer available.
  • The amount paid for the returned products will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible after we receive them, but no later than within 3 working days.
  • In case you have not picked up your purchase from an Omniva or SmartPost parcel machine and it has been sent back to the 2zoles store, when refunding your purchase, we have the right to charge you for the delivery costs that you paid together with the purchase amount, as well as an additional fee of 3 euros to cover the costs of returning the shipment.

Gift Cards

If you would like to delight a child or their mother by gifting the footwear and gloves we offer, but are unsure which items or sizes are needed, we offer the option to purchase a gift card. The gift card can be used at the 2zoles store at Lāčplēša Street 11, Riga, or in the online store www.2zoles.com. In this case, please contact us by email at info@2zoles.com or by phone at +371 26555802, and we will arrange the purchase of the gift card.
