Shopping process

If you cannot find answers to your questions or have any questions in the rules below, you are always welcome to contact us, and we will be happy to help you. We hope that these rules will be of help to you when shopping. To simplify the shopping process, we have divided the shoes in our store by type, size and manufacturer, which you can see by clicking on the category you are interested in - GIRLS , BOYS or LADIES . Hats, gloves and shoe care products can be found under the ACCESSORIES section. When choosing shoes for yourself or your baby, it is very important to understand the appropriate size, so under the description of each shoe model you will find information about the length of the insole of each size. First, determine the foot length of the potential shoe wearer using the following method – standing on a full (bare) foot on a piece of paper, trace the foot with a pencil and measure the distance between the furthest points (between the toe and the heel) on the foot drawing. Choose a size whose insole length corresponds to the foot length + approximately 0.6 cm to 1 cm. Since we offer you shoes from manufacturers that you may not have heard much about until now, you will definitely want to learn more about them. For this purpose, please click on the name of the manufacturer whose shoes you have chosen, where you will find its description and all the shoes created by it that we offer in our store.

Payments

To pay for the goods you have chosen in our store, you can use the following options:

  • with any payment card or cash upon receipt of the purchase at the 2zoles store at Miera Street 19, if you have chosen to receive the purchase there;
  • with any payment card issued in the European Union when making a purchase in an online store;
  • You can pay with the following payment cards: · Maestro; · MasterCard; · VISA; · VISA Electron.

Delivery of purchases and its costs

You can receive your purchased shoes or accessories:

  • in our store 2zoles at Lāčplēša Street 11 (entrance from Baznīcas Street), Riga immediately after making the purchase, but no later than within 3 business days of making the purchase;
  • to your desired address by courier in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia;
  • to the selected OMNIVA parcel machine in Latvia;
  • to a post office in other European Union countries.

Return of goods

We hope you will be satisfied with the goods you purchase from us, but if you ever need to return them to us, you can do so, but please note the following rules:

  • You have the right to return the product you purchased from us within 14 days from the date of receipt (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law).
  • You can return the unworn item to us in its original packaging as soon as possible after receiving it, by attaching the Return of Goods form to the shipment, which you will find in the accompanying letter attached to the shipment;
  • We will only cover the return costs if this is due to our fault, for example, if we have sent you the wrong pair of shoes or they are damaged;
  • We will exchange the returned goods for equivalent goods or refund your money if the desired product is no longer available;
  • We will refund the money you paid for the returned goods to your bank account as soon as possible after we receive them, but no later than within 3 business days;
  • If you have not picked up your purchase from an Omniva or SmartPost parcel machine and it has been sent back to the 2zoles store, we have the right to charge you an additional fee of 3 euros to cover the return costs.

If you want to please a baby or their mother by giving us shoes and gloves, but you don't know exactly what and what size they need, we offer you to purchase a gift card that your loved ones can use when shopping at the 2zoles store at Lāčplēša Street 11, Riga or in the virtual store www.2zoles.com.
