Product Categories
To simplify shopping, shoes are categorized by type, size, and manufacturer. Categories: GIRLS, BOYS, LADIES. Hats, gloves, and shoe care products can be found under ACCESSORIES.
Choosing the Right Size
Each shoe product page includes insole measurements for each size. Measure the foot: stand on paper, trace it, then measure from heel to toe. Choose a size where the insole length = foot length + approx. 0.6–1 cm.

Returns
- You may return unused goods within 14 days of receipt (per Consumer Protection Law).
- Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with the return form included.
- We cover return costs only if the error was ours (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Returned items will be exchanged or refunded if the requested item is unavailable.
- Refunds will be made within 3 working days of receiving the return.
