Purchase process

To simplify the shopping process, we have arranged the shoes we stock by types, sizes, and manufacturers. You can see the arrangement by clicking the categories you are interested in – GIRLS, BOYS, or LADIES. On the other hand, hats and gloves are placed in respective section ACCESSORIES.

When choosing footwear for yourself or your child, it is important to understand the right size; you will find information about the length of the inner sole for each size in the description of each footwear model. First, determine the foot length of the potential footwear user as follows: stand on the full (bare) foot on a paper sheet, outline the foot contour with a pencil, and measure the distance between the farthest points of the drawing (between the toe and the heel). Choose the size where the length of the inner sole matches the foot length + about 0.6 cm to 1 cm.

Since we offer footwear from manufacturers you might have never heard about, you will probably want to learn more about them. Please click on the name of the manufacturer whose produced footwear you have chosen and you will find its bio and all manufactured footwear that we offer in our shop.

If you like the shoes we offer and our service and you decide to return to us, it would be better for you to register in our section REGISTER as a regular customer. If you choose to do so, you won’t need to fill in personal information (except payment card details) during next shopping because it will be stored in your “folder” and will pop up after you enter your login name/e-mail address and password in the section LOGIN.

In order to pay for the goods you have selected in our shop you can choose from the following options:

  • with any payment card or cash upon purchase receipt at our 2zoles shop at Lacplesa street 11, Riga, should you choose purchase pickup there;
  • to pay with your payment card on our website following the instructions that appear after adding the goods to the basket. You can use the following payment EU-issued cards:

  • MasterCard;
  • VISA;
  • VISA Electron.


You can receive your purchased footwear or accessories:

  • at our 2zoles shop at 11 Lacplesa Street, Riga, immediately after placing the order;
  • with courier delivery to your preferred address in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia;
  • to your chosen OMNIVA parcel machine in Latvia;
  • to a postal office in another EU member-state.

Returns of goods

We hope that you will be happy with the goods purchased from us; however, if the goods should be returned, you can do that, but please take into account the following provisions:

– you can return the goods within 14 business days after receipt thereof (according to the Customer Rights Protection Law).

– you can return unworn goods in their original packages as quickly after receipt as possible enclosing the Return Form to the package; the Return Form will be available in the accompanying letter;

– we will cover return costs only if the return was caused by our fault, for example, we happened to send to you wrong shoes or they were damaged;

– we will exchange the returned goods to ones with equal value or will give your money back if the desired goods are no longer available;

– we will return the money paid for the returned goods as quickly as possible after receipt thereof to your bank account, but not later than within 3 business days.
